DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver as they are made to order.

Free delivery on orders over $75

Flat rate shipping fee on orders under $75

We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen. For any lost or stolen packages, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.

LOCAL PICKUP

In-store pickup is available Wednesday - Saturday from 12:00pm - 5:00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please email info@cdsalas.com to make arrangements.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer any returns or refunds. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days of your order being received at info@cdsalas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
